CHÂTEAU DU CÈDRE
Château du Cèdre is a family estate in the South West of France run by Pascal and Jean-Marc Verhaeghe.
Whether the wines are of traditional style or rather modern and taste young, they always produce terroir wines. As a result of ongoing research, they combine Burgundy’s way of highlighting origin and terroir with traditional Bordeaux vinification techniques. They blend wines of a single variety but from different “climates”.
The Cedrus Blanc is from the Côtes de Gascogne and is a blend of Colombard and Ugni Blanc.
